Helping kids grow up to be happy, healthy, and successful adults

FACT:
Every year,
20,000 foster
teens must leave
the child
welfare system -
regardless of their
readiness to
live successfully
as adults.

Mission

Kids@Home champions children - helping them grow up to become happy, healthy, and successful adults.
Vision

Through the use of technology and partnerships, Kids@Home will serve more children, young people, and families and serve them better than has previously been realized, thus strengthening the child welfare community in the 21st Century.

About Us

Over half a million kids live in foster care in this country and most are shown the door when they reach age 18 they are truly All Grown Up and Nowhere to Go. These young people, through no fault of their own, face great challenges in life: first through abuse and neglect, and then by a system that no longer cares for them.

Kids@Home assists youth aging out of the foster care system by helping them: secure housing, continue their education and develop job skills and life skills. With your help we can prevent the worst outcomes for them, which are homelessness, incarceration or drug dependency.

Kids@Home is a non-profit organization led by dedicated, talented professionals who use evolving business principles, best care practices, and today's technology to tackle the complex problems facing our youth. After all, preparing kids for life on their own isn't easy - to do it successfully an organization must perform at a high level.

Stay tuned for exciting news that will catapult Kids@Home to a new level of strength and capacity in South Florida.
